I am proud to say that I worked as TGT(Maths) for 17 years and then promoted to PGT(Maths) and worked for 14 years with a great institution. My colleagues were well educated and hard working. Proper training for the staff were given at regular intervals and whenever a system is introduced, for that regional institutes are also there. Very secured job, if we work hard, we get lot of satisfaction. But, in case of carrier growth, departmental promotion scope is very less, which has to be improved. As a teacher, there were lot of take home work was there. One should be prepared for it. When we consider the take-home work, salary given is less I feel. So, the really talented young generation are not attracted by this job which has to be improved. Good travelling allowance is there as applicable to other central depts. Politics not much as far as I am concerned. Lot of opportunities in learning new things are there. Regarding work environment, if we do our work perfectly, great job satisfaction is there. Ofcourse, there are some principals with so much ego create problems, but rare. There is much scope for innovation in the career and will be rewarded. Yoga is very important for physical and mental development and moral development in children's I am very happy to service in kvs that yoga is taught here,but it should be implemented as a compulsory subject

If you are not a permanent teacher then your are insulted at every step by the permanent colleagues and even by the group D staffs even if you are much better than the permanent teachers.

I like the kendriya vidyalaya environment. I felt their teaching method was quite good and the students were very cooperative and down to earth . Especially l like the discipline.There students was not only good in studies but they are good in other activities too.Even I also learnt so many things from Principal, colleagues and my dear students.
