Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

It is very organised .imparts basic knowledge & good child growth environment at a low fees structure.teachers get training too.

Working in KV is a very nice experience for me.I learnt here many more new concepts which are related with teaching and learning.All KV teachers are working as team members and completes each and every task asinged to them.Time to time as per need training courses are arranged. I experienced here only the lack of good communication between teachers and students.Sometimes students not give the respect to all teachers.

The only concern is we teachers need to have some freedom of teaching or conducting classes for such special subjects. It's important to raise interest in students. Also contractual teachers should also get salary for vacations holidays like May, Christmas holidays

No respect to contractual teachers
