KVS culture is very good 👍 it has some innovative ideas but in school level talent of the teachers are not recognized by the principals for which a best teachers are not getting scope to initiate.

The best thing about this institution is that we have the freedom to choose our teaching methods.

As I was working at the sangathan as a contractual teacher but despite of working and being known by the faculty we had to reappear for the interview every year in front of our colleagues to prove that yes,we are eligible to teach.

Since I mentioned in the above statement that I was working as a contractual teacher so for us no facilities were there. In fact we couldn’t even take a single day leave and if we did our salary would be deducted.

Good to upbringing myself..... Burden of teaching is low as comparison to other private schools and one can easily concentrate on teaching.. Environment is friendly and staff is supportive.....

Working in KV was one of the best milestones in my life . School offers a good culture with great opportunity with wide innovation that readily accepts the modern trends in education without leaving the Indian legacy of teaching learning .
