Overdramatic people try to show that they value you and you are part of family and all and stabs you in back with the first moment they get. Extreme work pressure with no compensation of extra work.

You get to work on different type of projects from across domains.

The work culture is the worst. You are expected to work for 14-15 hours a day and also on weekends. Hustle culture is promoted. The deadlines are really tight.

Nothing. No work ethic, no job security, firing without any concrete reasons, will never ever give your bonus. The co founders are nice people who actually care about it but people just below them are absolute ghouls.

Company has no projects, they will make you do same projects for repeatedly for different countries. They will fire people without any reasoning. People who report to the co founders are the real culprits who are responsible for a very hostile work environment. Many good people leave the organization because of this. Promises won't be kept in terms of work and incentive, you will have to do everything. Working culture is nice where company take us to 2 offsites in an year, multiple Fun Fridays, and other engagement activities

For me I Would be happy if will get days off instead of going to offsite as employees who cant make it to offsite needs to work
