Work is always hectic. But I'm grateful i could work here.

Work Details

The job was initially quite interesting. I might have struggled a bit in the beginning since there was no formal training session. I got a chance to wear multiple hats so that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Pay will be more or less up to industry standards.

Dislikes

Poor authority, not professional enough, toxic work culture. They won't give perks mentioned at the time of joining. No 'life' in work life balance.

Work Details

Work overtime but you won't get paid for OTs. The work they made me do isn't related to my degree at all. So no career growth or no scope for application of knowledge. No public holidays and the workload will be so high you have to work on
