This company is not good Very very bad company

I don’t like management , salary not done on time ,project manager not give respect and not good way of talking . This company not give appreciation who give 100 %on his job or hard work . No promotion. This company think only work and not think about staff . Company give offline letters any time . In this company in commercial and planning department all staff corrupted.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
