Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.

Only that it's like a safe company, no one will make you leave even after you do very badly

HR policies are the worst. If you resign complete the notice period and ask for full and final they will say you have not attended the office and are absconding and will not pay you the dues.

Engineering Company run by accountants. Zero focus on improving engineering capabilities. Only interested in extracting money from clients and showing in Balance sheet. Mid level Management is Terrible, does not have any knowledge on engineering. Site level managers are good in corruption. Moreover zero learning opportunities and Career growth. KEC is the fastest working company for any project.That is big thing of this company because this company has sufficient Employees & manegement for any project. The salary system of this company is upto date and employment is happy for this thing and working hard for the company.

1.)The projects rest house conditions is so poor.The standard of rest house of this company in any project going down and the employees is not happy with this thing. 2.) Project Engineers not get Bills/voucher ammount timely and not confirmed that ammount will get or not .🙂
