They will suck the last drop of blood out of the employees. Employees are never rewarded. Inspite of making profit year after year, they never care to pass on the benefit to employees. Rather they will deduct certain percentage from declared bonus, which is part of employee CTC. No perks. Appraisal cycle is from April to March of next year. KEC will issue increment letter on July 1 and payment of bonus is done in Aug salary, but strangely increment amount from April to June(which should be paid as arrears ) is never paid to the employees. Immediately activated Work from Home Policy , stands valid till Dec'20 thereafter after reviewing the situation a decision will be taken to call 50%/75% of staff in rotation. A permanent option has been given to work 2 / 3 weeks in a month to WFH to employees who have ailing parents or young children

Dislikes

The work culture can be a bit more open and multi national. It is conservative and not much emphasis is given to structured training before changing profiles or inducting new employees.
