Culture is ok. They have great infrastructure. Its a great place to learn as an Educator. (Read my dislike then read this) Otherwise the place is good. You will definitely learn too much at one time. Is you are smart, You will be a multi tasker no doubt.

Dislikes

Too much politics. If u wanna get on top, ready yourself with some nice warm butter on your tongue. Just remember.. here nothing is child's fault, you are responsible for each and every action of theirs. HM ma'am used just sit and find the mistakes in the teachers work. So many teachers left because of their notice period. Moreover, They take 3 months salary as a security and that amount is taken in 12 months from your salary. Like example : your salary is 30k ..so your 3 months salary will be 90k. Divide 90k by 12 months = 7.5 k is deducted each month till one year. Notice period is 3 months so if you want that security money consider that they are going to give you in 5-6 months. Because 3 months notice and 2-3 months of begging included. So thats the reason. Once we had to stay very late at night, only because the chairman wanted to scold us for ruining the show (annual function). Some cried like hell that day. Our Principal ma'am was surely terrified for days. She didn't even come for rounds for May days. Chairman is cranky (no doubt). One mistake of yours and boyyyy he's gonna insult you like hell and throw you like a fly from the broth. First of all expect no raise but if they do consider it maybe 3-5% of your salary....Read More
