As a Teacher, one can teach in any school, in any Condition of Circumstances if she balances her work - life in Kasturba Gandhi Balikala Vidhyalaya.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Night duty for a Subject Teacher once a week and Holiday duty once a month. No warden in the school, a teacher alone has to control the whole school on night duty and holiday duty.

Work Details

A teacher can learn how to teach children with a nil knowledge. It's a great place to work for a fresher. Such a horrible place it is. A married teacher can't go to such a place that is kgbv's are located very far to any Mandal where transportation is not

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
