I left Karvy since 1.5 yr almost and the experience was no so good ... Till the time I did not get my last working Day status .. and the culture of this company is not so good

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is high. Salary is very low. And increment is a joke. We work 9 to 10 hour a day and company give salary only 5200/-. I just suggest all the new guys who will intrest to join this company please do not waste carrier to join this company
