Some IBA staff works towards the targets given for branch and the Team Succeed. Some IBA staff won't help to their manager and management and they just come and go by delaying work .

As I was a CTC employee my package was 4.5LPA, which is not at all feasible for a legal professional. Though I have got my division to 1st rank all over India in customer complaint Redressal, no acknowledgement was given for that. Also there was an appraisal of only 3%. Which is hugely disappointing.

I have 6 years of working experience in KVB, Opened over 4000+ Accounts, and have 20Cr+ FDs in my entire career in KVB. They had given a false commitment to career growth. They were simply using us.
