As I was a CTC employee my package was 4.5LPA, which is not at all feasible for a legal professional. Though I have got my division to 1st rank all over India in customer complaint Redressal, no acknowledgement was given for that. Also there was an appraisal of only 3%. Which is hugely disappointing.

I have 6 years of working experience in KVB, Opened over 4000+ Accounts, and have 20Cr+ FDs in my entire career in KVB. They had given a false commitment to career growth. They were simply using us. There is no career growth or work-life balance. Finally, I was relieved from KVB and joined another bank. Now, I am working in a Manager position with a 55% CTC hike compared to Kvb.
