Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Company Culture is not so good, if you working at HR department. Everyone is only Blaming everyone. Company is careless about CNC machines. All responsibility is on operator and supervisor. Clean Drinking water is not available for workers. Toilets are so dirty except HR department Toilet. Workers are treated like machines. It's all about KARAMTARA UNIT -2.

Sales & Marketing Head Mr Sanjeev Bhatia and his colleague Mr Ankit Kaushik both don't have sence of managing a team. Sanjeev just keeps on shouting and yelling rather than guiding. These both guys are just worst people to work with. Extreme level of favouritism. I don't recommend anyone working under/with these duo. Loosers!!
