I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I like to recommend my friends or family member to join this company.because there are supportive people. Now there is canteen also with good food. They gives proper time to learn things for better holding.

There is no proper criteria for appraisal or performance to upgrade.they see just see your face and doing appraisal.if you do not have any godfather than you will not gain more.
