1. The company culture is bad specially the CEO and senior managers 2. CEO runs the company like a tyrant. His decision is final, and he does not care about the employees' future 3. The Senior managers are just puppets in the hand of CEO and has no decision making power 4. Few of the older employees are disrespectful and delusional.Talking behind the back is a common practice. The company promotes dirty politics 6. They have hire and fire policy within 4-5 months of tenure. The older employees do not welcome the new comers and they succumb to their politics 5. You will learn how to manage your work, how to keep following ups on proper timelines and brainstorming ideas of making the roadmap of the coming future of the product with the initial base
