The people around, especially my managers, are friendly and helpful. The management team is easy to approach, and we have a 24/7 control room for any questions or concerns.

Occasionally, you might need to put in some extra hours due to unexpected work situations. I believe its just part of the job.

Company prioritizes employee well-being and interests. There are ample opportunities for knowledge improvement. We have zero tolerance for office politics. A grievance cell is available all day for UAN and salary issues. ESI and PF payments are made on time, and salaries are paid punctually. Bonuses are also disbursed on schedule.

The provision of security for those working late is particularly commendable, ensuring peace of mind. Additionally, the 24/7control room for queries and grievances shows the company's dedication to employees welfare.

However, there can be delays in the UAN number generation, a process often slowed down by staff documentation errors.

The company has implemented several positive changes that have not only contributed to its overall development but have also benefited us, as employees. Getting good experience handling corporate and Wearhouse. Good office Environment.Payment ontime for both guards and me.

Some unit salaries are very low compared to others as per that locality average salary for both 12hrs and 8 hrs.This can be rectified by getting information from the field officer from the ground level before confirming the Final quotation.
