Likes

The work environment is totally comfortable, especially for women. Even, company provide security for those working late hours. You'll get the support you need to lean new skills and stay updated. Seniors are really helpful, going the extra mile. Everyone here is friendly, making it easy to get along.

Dislikes

Some old processes are still being used. I believe it's time to stop using them.

I;ve recently been chosen as a sourcing recuiter here, and upon research, I learned that the company has a 14-year history and has been publicly listed since 2018. We have a workforce of over 23,000 employees, maintain 100% compliance, and have a 38% gender diversity ratio. All of this makes it a reliable and highly regarded workplace, and I;m excited to be a part of it now.

Dislikes

It's too early for me, I have just started working.. So, no cons to speak of.

Having an insurance besides the usual ESI is really comforting. It's been a big help for families during tough times, and I'm thankful to the company for offering this benefits.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
