Getting insurance coverage along with the regular ESI - thanks for it. ESI and PF Payments are made on time, and so are our salaries. Bonuses are also consistently paid punctually, never saw it getting delayed. This is exactly what I had always wished for. While working here, I gained significant experience in the field of manpower solutions the learned about the corporate work culture. The supportive senior staff serves as mentors, guiding us through challenges. All I can say is that it's an enjoyable workplace.

Not only have my other skills improved, but my communication has also gotten better over time. This happened because I needed to communicate with clients, so I made a conscious effort to work on it.

HOD support is very good.

Dislikes

I am very dissatisfied in HR response. They are not responding for relieved employees, and F&F settlement also not done properly, they consider Comp-off as LOP, after submitted Comp-off letter with HOD sign.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
