Seniors consistently offer opportunities to explore new initiative and are approachable, always willing to share their knowledge. Working under their guidance has been always beneficial for me. Also, you get the freedom to think outside the box and work creatively. Management understands us well, and there;s a strong team spirit among us, which I find highly valuable.

A grievance cell is available all day for UAN and salary issues. ESI and PF payments are made on time, and salaries are paid punctually. Bonuses are also disbursed on schedule.

Some unit salaries are very low compared to others as per that locality average salary for both 12hrs and 8 hrs.This can be rectified by getting information from the field officer from the ground level before confirming the Final quotation.
