The company requires multitasking personnel who can handle all the professional duties at one time whereas this is quite difficult for one person to manage each and every aspect, people are expert in their own field and would contribute better if they were given responsibilities as per their profile. However i was proficient enough to handle all the job duties and responsibilities well in time but didn't like the work life balance culture as it was missing there. Also promotional and growth opportunities are not there as per individuals performance....Read More

Dislikes

compensation is not up to the mark and growth is stagnant. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths that is why I have take back my suggestions. Also, there is no on job professional training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months.
