my work as a spinning head i achieved targeted production per day, my work is slighting challenging as i have to look the entire product day to day yield operations, and support to cotton purchase and yarn marketing.

Started work from initial stage from land acquisition to setting up plant. The system developed gradually. Good learning , lot of travel was also there at the time of execution of plant. There was no life no spare time as the work culture of African workers are very poor. Though the country is developing fast but the people are still not ready for change.
