We can learn and explore more in e-commerce, sale and marketing by being a part of this company. They encourage individuals idea and give space to develop our skills.

Dislikes

They always like my working style and wanted me to grow inside the team but when it comes to salary part they remind step backwards.

Work Details

I was an CSE there who's major role was to respond customer care emails and online chats, apart from this also want to cover all the social media chats and enquiry. Even though I was designated as CSE, my major role play was to develop sales.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
