Dislikes

Terrible food and no choices. Overall negligible employee benefits compared to the MNC peers. Lethargy due to traditional mindset and legacy systems (which is changin now, still it'll take 4-5 years from now on). Talent retention is poor due to no benefits/flexibility which is available at competitor companies.

Hell Internal politics and the Groupism No system and systematic work Don't join this organisation for money as they can attract you by money. They don't value you once hired. You've to signoff the bond after join here. Keep this in mind and Stay away by Kalyani Group!
