Pre-CoVID, working was a lot enriching. However, during the lockdown the treatment of employees has been utterly inhumane. No salary was paid during the entire lockdown, then post partial resumption, they have started firing employees with no clarity on when will they receive their arrears, also they are forcing people those who cannot come to office, to go on sabbatical or just accept a basic pay without any allowances; the worst part is there no clarity on this as well when they will get their basic pay. I don't like Kalpataru. Outdated stores management

Kalpataru's HR policies are very bad compared to the same industry. The work environment is also very poor, and they deduct salaries. There is no flexible timing.

Yearly Increments without assessing competitive skills.

Food arrangements.... Staff Canteen/mess only Veg that too inside the site. Staff must come to site to take breakfast, lunch and dinner, creating compulsion of works even though if public holidays or National holidays.

I have worked with good bosses/managers. No micro managing done.

Salary is delayed. HR is of no help most of the time regarding salaries. Appraisals are delayed always. Increment levels are low. Rules are changed overnight
