Company Work Culture is great, They beleive in Stability. Other side In respect of Management ,I'll say they are not aggressive in Salee but overall good to start Career and learn

Company is good but sometimes in respect of Financial stuff they are lacking which they are improving themselves month by month

Excellent salary, flexible work timings and decent work life balance

Dislikes

Orthodox culture, very few public holidays and very conservative values. Not ready to adapt to market changes hence limiting growth opportunities and restricting learning for employees. Very rigid about in and out timings and no holidays even if it rains heavily.
