HR Policies are not that great. Plus the HR Spocs are not supportive. HR Head has been very good but if we have to go to him for each and every approval or small issues then what is the point of having a SPOC for the department? The HR SPOCS should understand that HR is suppose to help the employees and that the HR Policies are meant for the benefit of both, the Organization as well as the Employees. I think it's high time Kalpataru re-build it's HR POLICIES. Kalpataru is a great company to work with, subject to a few improvements in the HR Policies.
