HR Policies are not that great. Plus the HR Spocs are not supportive. HR Head has been very good but if we have to go to him for each and every approval or small issues then what is the point of having a SPOC for the department? The HR SPOCS should understand that HR is suppose to help the employees and that the HR Policies are meant for the benefit of both, the Organization as well as the Employees. I think it's high time Kalpataru re-build it's HR POLICIES. Kalpataru is a great company to work with, subject to a few improvements in the HR Policies. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
