This is for Indian offices. This is not well managed company. Some key people in management who has lot of Authority are scarcity minded inferiority complex people. Don't know how much messed up their life is but they are sadistic narcissist. Lot of ragging, bullying exists. Don't know what kind of environment these people grew up in but is responsible for existence of toxic environment. These people feel threatened when they are proven wrong. Dismisses , belittles, gets defensive, attacks people who are better than them. They only like surrounding themselves with yes people.
