Better managed company among the ceramic sector. Management keep continue focusing its dealers network, Image branding, technology upgradations and achieving targeted numbers. Very good paymasters in the sector. Overall Management part is good. The need of the hour is to improve people practices further to make sure that everyone is fully aligned and contributing the organizational goals!

Dislikes

Culture wise, a lot of scope is there for improvement. Scope for improvements :- Need to promote data based approach in decision making rather then going by perception or face value based, influenced decisions. Need to review the organization structure to ensure right talent in right positions with required leadership & execution capabilities to deliver committed performance.
