ChutyaDial renamed it for whoever is applying. Save your energy. Their staff who is hiring is a 10th fail. I exposed them on Naukri, I also made them apologise to me. Justdial is an inclusive place to work at. The company is actually quite caring about it's employees as far as leaves, on time salary and everything is concerned.

Dislikes

The crowd at Justdial is cheap. Typical cheapsters work there. Be it office boy Ajay or some uncles who harass newly joined girls. So much so that whistling, and lewd noises are quite common there.

The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. Things i liked about Justdial kolkata branch that of you want to earn money then its a right place.

They don't have good management. They over pushed every employee to work from 9am to 8 pm and they also give work in sunday without any information before. They blame employees for the company management. They don't give any values for employees personal space or private life even if the employee is facing helth problems, Justdial still pushing them to work overtime without any overtime pay.. they tortured every employee metally. And the worst part is Justdial is a customer service based company even though they didn't give service to their customers ....Read More

The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.
