However, the company's customer service point is highly disappointing. During field visits to customers, we often encountered their frustration, which sometimes escalated to verbal abuse or being asked to leave their premises. The company would automatically deduct payments through ECS, and despite customer requests, they failed to stop these deductions. New employees taken only to generate leads and get fired after 1 or 2 months....dont spoil your career in this company ... totally Waste of time... No support by anyone.... You will be called in morning at 8:30 in main office and to leave field after 8:30 .... Full day concall on zoom , WhatsApp, google by city head and all other managers one by one asking for sale ...if you don't then you'll be marked Lop ... They are not bothered to change the work style... every new joining requires time to understand market ..they will start asking after 10 days on field......Read More

Well, if you want to learn Politics before joining Politics , you are welcomed here, All Managers are Ladies am proud of them how effortlessly they support each other just to have talk behind their backs, and bring them down. and the work culture is horrible.

Dislike of nothing just, they will ask you to bring sales even they them self can't do it, your personal life would be f#ckd up, No phones allowed, they will take your phone and locked it in locker. they will make you seat in office if you don't bring sale, they will insult you. call you with names, They will just pressurize you to work non stop as if you are money printing machine.
