1. I like the training incharge Miss Mansi Jain. She is so helpful and understanding our situation and needs also she is very polite toward us. 2. Giving 15 days paid training . 3. Here you will get 2 week offs. 4. Salaries are on time no delays. 5. Our SME Miss Sanjana is also a very good person as she helped me alot in my on job training period.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is worst as they have daily shifts change. 2. Have to work on week offs if there is peak in work. 3. TL was not a person whom I can like, there were some TL who are very interesting person. 4. No job security. 5. The customer support services team is laziest and poorest in the whole world. They never help IROs (Information Retrieve Officer ).

Good for 12th Pass and Undergraduate people. Job Security, Weekoff, Friendly Environment (As Maintained by Coworkers)

A Team Leader with the initials of "I & C" is egoistical and want so much work and performance done from its team that they even forgot humanity, when you perform good your performance is not appreciated by that TL and asks to give us more even the team is 1st in every ranking metric. When you ask "IC" the TL for Leave he always makes excuses about staff is less, and ask you to give performance to get leave as such that he is giving leaves from his pocket rather than company's. And when you tell him it's important to you to get leave he threatens you with all his weapons such as he'll complain about you to the manager about your "BEHAVIOUR" and what not.
