In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Dislike of nothing just, they will ask you to bring sales even they them self can't do it, your personal life would be f#ckd up, No phones allowed, they will take your phone and locked it in locker. they will make you seat in office if you don't bring sale, they will insult you. call you with names, They will just pressurize you to work non stop as if you are money printing machine.

Justdial is a very good company in terms of working in metro city. And the management waly of talking and understanding employee needs is very poor in north India circle. Where as compare to south India management of company is awesome and very professional.

I don't like some superior way of talking and way of demanding business. Just pathetic. Mr vinesh singh is my immediate Manager who asked me to pay recovery amount for my notice period. Where he forcefully approved my resign before the last working day. I was disciplinary serving my notice period. Even I did 1 sale also in this duration. And because of him I have to pay 22k amt of recovery. He was blackmailing me if I do not do sale according to his requirement he will approve my resign and put recovery on me. Daily he was doing like this....and just 15 days back my surgery happened of urthera stricture. That's why I decided to quite the job. Because I was looking some sitting job not field job. Senior will not help you until and unless you not their favourite. If you can sale you can stay else you'll be terminated. Hire and fire policy chal ta hai. You need to beg for leave. Also time is 9:30Am to 6:30 PM but they'll keep you for 8:30PM because they have a impossible target for you to complete.

There is no any chances for salary hike and performance is not enough for the growth in Justdial. I was so depressed when I was working with this organisation. Work procedure is very hactic and lengthy and profile is not fixed for the executive. Please give instructions to the management to fix the profile of the executives.

The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. They don't have good management. They over pushed every employee to work from 9am to 8 pm and they also give work in sunday without any information before. They blame employees for the company management. They don't give any values for employees personal space or private life even if the employee is facing helth problems, Justdial still pushing them to work overtime without any overtime pay.. they tortured every employee metally.
