Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

Dislikes

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Well, if you want to learn Politics before joining Politics , you are welcomed here, All Managers are Ladies am proud of them how effortlessly they support each other just to have talk behind their backs, and bring them down. and the work culture is horrible.

Dislike of nothing just, they will ask you to bring sales even they them self can't do it, your personal life would be f#ckd up, No phones allowed, they will take your phone and locked it in locker. they will make you seat in office if you don't bring sale, they will insult you. call you with names, They will just pressurize you to work non stop as if you are money printing machine.

Justdial is a very good company in terms of working in metro city. And the management waly of talking and understanding employee needs is very poor in north India circle. Where as compare to south India management of company is awesome and very professional.

I don't like some superior way of talking and way of demanding business. Just pathetic. Mr vinesh singh is my immediate Manager who asked me to pay recovery amount for my notice period. Where he forcefully approved my resign before the last working day. I was disciplinary serving my notice period. Even I did 1 sale also in this duration. And because of him I have to pay 22k amt of recovery. He was blackmailing me if I do not do sale according to his requirement he will approve my resign and put recovery on me. Daily he was doing like this....and just 15 days back my surgery happened of urthera stricture. That's why I decided to quite the job. Because I was looking some sitting job not field job. The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.

Earning is Good if you are really workaholic

Lots of Politics. No Work culture. You need someone on your upperhand to be safe and sound. No HR rules and regulations. No work timings. Working almost 12 hours a day. Lots of abusive words and misbehaviour by Manager. No security of Job even after Top Performer in company. Lots of harrasment from Manager without any reason.
