The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. And there will be no job security in this company if don't reach you target they just remove you from the Company or they just put to much pressure on you to leave the Company They will be Daily hiring in this Company every month 10 to 30 people join the Company and also 10 to 30 people leave the company...Read More

Things i liked about Justdial kolkata branch that of you want to earn money then its a right place.

They don't have good management. They over pushed every employee to work from 9am to 8 pm and they also give work in sunday without any information before. They blame employees for the company management. They don't give any values for employees personal space or private life even if the employee is facing helth problems, Justdial still pushing them to work overtime without any overtime pay.. they tortured every employee metally. And the worst part is Justdial is a customer service based company even though they didn't give service to their customers ....Read More

Professional employee and Mazdoor. There is no difference. Salaries are very low no increment on time. Work pressure is High. Product are not changeing nor pricing changing only they as sales. The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.

Earning is Good if you are really workaholic

Dislikes

Lots of Politics. No Work culture. You need someone on your upperhand to be safe and sound. No HR rules and regulations. No work timings. Working almost 12 hours a day. Lots of abusive words and misbehaviour by Manager. No security of Job even after Top Performer in company. Lots of harrasment from Manager without any reason.
