I have been working here almost since last 19 months. I would definitely say 2 things specifically that Career Growth is very slow here which mostly depends on your continuous and consecutive performance otherwise you will not be promoted, and also there will always be a fear of Job Security. Apart from these above 2, I feel happy to say that Justdial is the my first company where i am serving right now, while working here i got to learn lots of things on the field, which automatically leads to my overall personality development & self confident. The best thing working here is , we use to help all categories of business establishments whether small medium or large to develop their online visibility, promotion, leads generation & enquiries by creating their Justdial virtual business profiles and pages of that particular business or organization. Yes off cause offensive lang. some of manager forget that I feel there need to be changes in every departments. change all managers from mumbai department they all feel thier chair is fixed. dint respect senior, insulting in front of newcomer, no ecs down payment incentives late scheme amount, I didn't get October month salary incentives although I did 1lakh after putting so many mail zero response.HR says ask HOD and they are not even replying, Mr Gandhi using offensive lang. During my joining he was v gentle previous 3 years he is out of control worst rules letting women's seat in office 9am till,9.30pm that's why I say there is no personal life you will earn money in the end restless man /women get sikh and use that money in treatment, the only thing I hate management and their rules they breaking company own rules no week off late seating in pandemic target base salary sense less targets. 1 six months I work in remote city team also got rnr award then shifted to Bounce team mainly my skill knowledge get growth I enjoyed there a lot then shifted hot data worst team no support from manager and tL I love my work but due to management i eft.

Desrespect to each & every Employee,using bad words in team meet from BM / Regional managers,If anyone joined in sales who report to each & every respective managers, BM ,RM if you not getting sales forcefully called in office for studpid training in short,blaming shouting used pathetic level bad words they don't care shift time whatever,about this thing's management knows very well,if any one's fresher it's ok for them,not for experienced persons bcoz they hurting our ego each and every moments,Only looting Customers if any employee found in trouble customers complaint no one is stand with them, overall if you don't have job do make stall or sale vegitable but don't ever dare to joined this kind of horrible company...Read More
