1. Great Development Team: JustAnswer does have a great software engineering team that is very skilled and knowledgeable. You can have a good learning curve if you get good projects. 2. 1. Job Security: Job security is a problem here because everything is driven by the SF leadership team and Indian managers and team does not hold much power. They don't even include the India team in the decision-making process. 2. Long Work hours: Work-life balance is quite difficult to find but it depends on the team in which you are working. 3. Leadership: Leadership is quite rigid, especially in India. They will be very critical about every small thing even if you perform well. I don't find the leadership in India supporting their teams. 4. Long Meetings: Since teams are working from different locations, a lot of time is spent in meetings and mostly at odd hours(late night) which makes it even more difficult to maintain work-life balance....Read More
