They do only politics. Some people like kalpesh and many more. Sometimes it's feel like it's core politics company.worsWorst ever experience I get. The worst ever decision I take to join this company I will not recommend any one to join this firm. They do practicality. I you want to promotion you have to buttering your uper management Like Team leaders. There no value of your skills and telent.

Everything. Except the fact that I get paid a bit. Why the hell a trader needs to be in the office after 3:30 p.m. with no work. No work from home policies as well. They are living in 1980s. They force you to be in office even after 5 p.m. just because it looks like you are working. Here facility incharge hargopal gupta & learning dept head pradeep shingla both have done not understanding of options greeks. Company is Good for who want to be a option trader but this 2 person are toxic for work culture. They are even not able to trade and generate sufficient return to call himself as they are in position right now. And he is trainer for freshers.
