Company's vision is good but only on paper. There no execution on vision by few people specially in rajkot team. Kalpesh hargopal Gupta and few others are worst decision of company I feel

They do only politics. Some people like kalpesh and many more. Sometimes it's feel like it's core politics company.worsWorst ever experience I get. The worst ever decision I take to join this company I will not recommend any one to join this firm. They do practicality. I you want to promotion you have to buttering your uper management Like Team leaders. There no value of your skills and telent.

Nothing I like about company. Their is owners money wasting by some high salary hungry out station peoples. Their is no value for profit they are just securing their post and eating owners wealth like Termite.In the and owner will lost wealth invested in this company and some Trader who really want to learn about trading they will realise they wested time over here in matter of salary based.

Work culture and companies vision unique in India

Here facility incharge hargopal gupta & learning dept head pradeep shingla both have done not understanding of options greeks. Company is Good for who want to be a option trader but this 2 person are toxic for work culture. They are even not able to trade and generate sufficient return to call himself as they are in position right now. And he is trainer for freshers. They force you to be in office even after 5 p.m. just because it looks like you are working.
