Its a good company where support is provided at the point of sales

There is no salary structure like expected salary date may gone at the higher side , sometimes we got the salary at 28th of every month. Its totally a biased company. Work culture is changing as per the comfort level of superiors . After getting a good customer base the Employee may be fired for some sort of reason which is not at all fair call from Management. No Health Insurance is provided nothing they are cared about the employees . In the Covid with the suffering also employees are working and Bringing the sales to the organisation but management is least bothered about the expenses and salary which is to be paid to the Employee....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
