In case you are fresher- It's an amazing place to learn and hustle.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No policies at place. People have to work on Saturday and Sunday too. In case you are a lateral hire, refrain to join as the policy of hire and fire depends on the mood of the organisation. One day they might give go ahead to hire experienced resources and another day due to high salary you could be fired at the spot. Mostly promotions and appraisals goes to the people who are working along with the boss from time. Nothing is given to lateral hired. Overall good to join as fresher and learning for 2-3 years at max. Exit after 2-3 years or they might fire you. Experienced guys please be mindfull while joining....Read More

Overall a bad company to work with! Below am giving the points 1. Bad work culture 2. No work life balance, they make you work even on weekends to take chat roasters & cater leads. They think employees the employees have the capacity to work for 24*7 else they will fire you!! 3. No perks & extra benefits like overtime & all 4. They hire people from outside Chandigarh & don’t even bother to arrange an accommodation for even a week. I cried standing in the middle of the work as i was unable to find any place to stay!! I travelled 12 hrs to reach chd as there was no direct flight. 5. Not so friendly work culture or team mates with bad office politics. 6. All good people left the organisation 7. Well, there is lot of work and lot of pressure plus you don't really have work-life balance, so you can really upskill yourself. The top management helps you learn a lot about what you should not do if you build your own startup. We learnt a lot about micromanagement and why authority along with delegation is important.

Dislikes

There hasn't been any appraisal in the company for last 2 years, except the ones related to the CEO family. There hasn't been a day when I didn't think about leaving the company. Jungleworks is the epitome of the bad image startups have in the corporate. I would give the company 0 star if there was an option.

Nothing at all, There is one trainer Ekta, who is not specialised in giving trainings , just passing employees time and setting them on floor . Higher management is very poor and skill lacking, they don’t take employees as assets . Poor management , with absolutely no likes

27yr old CRO , who don’t have any idea about long term goals, product training importance , team management , collaborative working, Believe in firing the employees at the fastest pace , very insecure environment .

The company ceo openly admits that everyone should be a part of rat race. He encourage working 16 hours!! There is a reason why only freshers joins this company.
