Overall a bad company to work with! Below am giving the points 1. Bad work culture 2. No work life balance, they make you work even on weekends to take chat roasters & cater leads. They think employees the employees have the capacity to work for 24*7 else they will fire you!! 3. No perks & extra benefits like overtime & all 4. They hire people from outside Chandigarh & don’t even bother to arrange an accommodation for even a week. I cried standing in the middle of the work as i was unable to find any place to stay!! I travelled 12 hrs to reach chd as there was no direct flight. 5. Not so friendly work culture or team mates with bad office politics. 6. All good people left the organisation 7.
