Jungleworks has laid the foundations of my career. i joined back as an intern in 2019 and it has been a great journey since then.It has given opportunities both as an intern and as an employee.Learning curve has been great in the organisation and it has been on the rise completely. Overall a bad company to work with! Below am giving the points 1. Bad work culture 2. No work life balance, they make you work even on weekends to take chat roasters & cater leads. They think employees the employees have the capacity to work for 24*7 else they will fire you!! 3. No perks & extra benefits like overtime & all 4. They hire people from outside Chandigarh & don’t even bother to arrange an accommodation for even a week. I cried standing in the middle of the work as i was unable to find any place to stay!! I travelled 12 hrs to reach chd as there was no direct flight. 5. Not so friendly work culture or team mates with bad office politics. 6. All good people left the organisation 7. Well, there is lot of work and lot of pressure plus you don't really have work-life balance, so you can really upskill yourself. The top management helps you learn a lot about what you should not do if you build your own startup. We learnt a lot about micromanagement and why authority along with delegation is important.

Dislikes

There hasn't been any appraisal in the company for last 2 years, except the ones related to the CEO family. There hasn't been a day when I didn't think about leaving the company. Jungleworks is the epitome of the bad image startups have in the corporate. I would give the company 0 star if there was an option.

Nothing at all, There is one trainer Ekta, who is not specialised in giving trainings , just passing employees time and setting them on floor . Higher management is very poor and skill lacking, they don’t take employees as assets . Poor management , with absolutely no likes

27yr old CRO , who don’t have any idea about long term goals, product training importance , team management , collaborative working, Believe in firing the employees at the fastest pace , very insecure environment .
