Well, there is lot of work and lot of pressure plus you don't really have work-life balance, so you can really upskill yourself. The top management helps you learn a lot about what you should not do if you build your own startup. We learnt a lot about micromanagement and why authority along with delegation is important.

Dislikes

There hasn't been any appraisal in the company for last 2 years, except the ones related to the CEO family. There hasn't been a day when I didn't think about leaving the company. Jungleworks is the epitome of the bad image startups have in the corporate. I would give the company 0 star if there was an option.

My experience with Jungleworks has been quite pleasant so far. I have observed a good scope for opportunity and learning. The attitude of the management is also encouraging as they motivate me to experiment and expand my knowledge base.

Worst company policies. I had covid during july 2021. And was not able to work properly. I talked to HR regarding the covid leaves. She said we don't have any kind of leaves for Covid and you have to work. That day I decided not to work there.

In case you are fresher- It's an amazing place to learn and hustle.

No work life balance. No policies at place. People have to work on Saturday and Sunday too. In case you are a lateral hire, refrain to join as the policy of hire and fire depends on the mood of the organisation. One day they might give go ahead to hire experienced resources and another day due to high salary you could be fired at the spot. Mostly promotions and appraisals goes to the people who are working along with the boss from time. Nothing is given to lateral hired. Nothing at all, There is one trainer Ekta, who is not specialised in giving trainings , just passing employees time and setting them on floor . Higher management is very poor and skill lacking, they don’t take employees as assets . Poor management , with absolutely no likes
