Production senior manager Mr. Mridul kumar created a very hostile and negative atmosphere in company. Most of the employees are searching for job due to his ill behaviour and incapability to give production.

Honestly I used to love my job, working and going to work Now,i can't really say I hate my job but I certainly can't say I m happy with it I came to hate working because it reminds me of the unfairness of it all

Politics is the main reason for the downfall of the company. Management response is not good. mid level management trying to keep happy to his seniors and high level management trying to keep happy to his directors You will get promotions and incriment only if you are closed to senior. There is not any value of hardworking
