Firstly,There was no prior training given.Job is not secure as when the business is low they can tell you to leave,there is no career growth as it is a small IT company,There are travel allowance only for IT people,There is salary/appraisal after 6 months or 1 year, There is strict rule of not communicating with other employees and also you're not allow to celebrate any festivals.

Dislikes

Strict rule and policies about not celebrating festivals in office. As employees put in so much effort in work they have a right to celebrate on rare occasion.

Work Details

I was working as HR & Admin. I used to do vendor management along with employee management. I used to maintain daily,weekly and monthly expenses,used to co-ordinate with CA.My daily routine mostly involved going to bank and General office administration.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
