Likes

One of the safest place to work and there is a calmness about doing anything. Open to new ideas and projects. Has pioneered couple of projects for the group.

The delay in decision making and indecisiveness in key aspects.

Work Details

It was a tremendous experience working with them as has pioneered couple of innovative projects for them. Also open to many new initiatives. Has been a cordial environment and lucky to have the confidence of top management in my role.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
