Management is partial, favouring to favourite is in the veins of Gurgaon business centre. No matter how much shortage of employees the work life balance is worst ever i have seen here, unnecessary stretching shifts, unnecessary dual work, no proper planing, keep on trying hut and trial methods. Managers who are from different backgro unds are aligned to processes they never worked, even 0% knowledge of process but they are leading by their own ways, they even don’t know how to process ad how process runs but they want numbers and production to shine their image in front of upper management they don’t even care how team member are suffering. Management is saying IJP is the only way to promote and growth but most of the teams still having the promotions in the same teams because of ugly politics and favouring management. If you ever try to speak or register feedback about management then word to word are copied or conveyed to the same manager against whom you register feedback or complaint with your name and now they will target you. If you are thinking it’s captive unit then don’t join because the management turned it into a Lala company where you will do the work according to manager way not the organisation setup.
