Iam working in Johnson controls since 1.6years as a Fresher.I enjoyed the challenges of problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a asolution and I enjoy my workplaces collaborative environment and i got the opportunity to learn different technology and skills from talented and passionate team lead and team members.

salary and hike do not meet the market in general.Otherwise work culture everything is Good.

Company is good but Indian policy's are not that much good. Culture is little different if they want employees they will hire with high package if they don't want they remove with in one hour recently they removed lot of employee globally like this. In India there is no job safety

Policys are not trusted one hour everything will change and having limited teams so if any small mistake you will fired with in min Job safety is zero They will hire more people and they will remove again I don't no what there statistics Leadership budget planning is to wearst and not up to the mark one side they will weast money and other hand they try to safe money. Salary structure for employees in India should be improved...Johnson Controls lags in matching the employees salary with Market standards. Also there should be some rewards for employees who are staying with company for 5 or more than 5 years, so that employee should feel to continue his/her service.
