i work here for 2 years and working here is too hard,production supervisors put too much pressure for working like a labour, the pressure of work is too much that we didn't even have the time to drink water, quality,safety and maintainance supervisors have no manners to talk, all department supervisors put so much pressure on a technical trainee. the HR department is the worst of all, they force you to fill the resignation letter if your hairs are not armycut, if you don't fill the resignation letter then they will alltogether do dirty politics with you like continously transferring you to a different department until you resign....Read More

There was strict rule for time management employee safety and after your work must write reports about working hours, there lots of things like gave freshers chances to innovate their work palace. Everything was fantastic.

Bad leadership especially in the software validation department If you are high performer & you don't have the ability to sugar coat you would not be promoted; your promotion would be given to wives/chatukars/beautiful girls who are working in the same department. There is a typical pattern for promotion: go to onsite, come back and get promoted as senior lead enginner. If you have a working wife in the same department, she will resign from India, will join as an external employee in John Deere usa on spouse visa, will come back to India and would join the same department on promotion. Promotion cycles are extremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.

It has a very comfortable and rotten work environment, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Recent layoffs has exposed how mismanagement has rotten the decision making system and the cracks in the new CEOs abilities.

Dislikes

Very slow paced environment, no accountability on managers, slow growth, even well deserving candidates will get promotion after a minimum duration of 5 years in one level. GETs get preference for every opportunity even if they don't know anything.
