The best company to work with. 5 days working. In Manufacturing Engineering there is WFH option too but depends on approval from your manager. Monthly recognition of efforts you put into the work. 30 days sick leave ( something no other company can offer). Amazing Health Insurance. Job rotation to entirely different department allowed after 2 years of service.

Dislikes

People who have been promoted from AT/TT to staff are extremely insecure thus making life difficult for other colleagues too. Specially to new ones they don't want to share anything and keep their knowledge to themselves.

i work here for 2 years and working here is too hard,production supervisors put too much pressure for working like a labour, the pressure of work is too much that we didn't even have the time to drink water, quality,safety and maintainance supervisors have no manners to talk, all department supervisors put so much pressure on a technical trainee. the HR department is the worst of all, they force you to fill the resignation letter if your hairs are not armycut, if you don't fill the resignation letter then they will alltogether do dirty politics with you like continously transferring you to a different department until you resign....Read More

There was strict rule for time management employee safety and after your work must write reports about working hours, there lots of things like gave freshers chances to innovate their work palace. Everything was fantastic.

Managers are very supportive. Fairly positive environment for working.

Dislikes

Supervisors are utterly unreliable and untrustworthy. They actively work against you if you show competence, collaborating with associates and ATs to undermine your efforts. They blatantly reject your projects and hand them over to ATs, making the environment toxic and demoralizing. Their behavior is not just unprofessional but outright hostile.

It's waste to put effort for this company as on-site persons can fire any hour. Office politics a lot. Seen 3 directors,project managers fired in hours . They donot have odc. On rented we work office they operate.

I experienced some bad things in guntur John Deere showroom like no value for who is working hard and correct.gossipping and misleadings takes lots of priorities.the rumours take lots of value.Mediators spreads the misleadings.but MD sir doesn't know the reality.
